>> Ex. Shiavjian Meet
Sunday 14th Dec. 2008. Ex Shivajian meet was held in the SSPMS Campus. Raja Vijay Karan, IPS former CBI Director of India who also happens to be a ex shivajian was the chief guest. He was received with guard of honour by three wings followed by NCC Parade. The chief guest garlanded the statue of Shri Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj in the garden. The meeting was held in assembly hall and the stage was graced by chief guest accompaned by Shri Capt Shivaji Mahadkar, Honorary Secretary of AISSMS also chairman of school committee. Shri. S. R. Jadhav and others.

On arrival the chief guest lighted the lamp and garlanded the portrait of Shri Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj. The programme began with school prayer. The principal Shri P. T. Sarode introduced the chief guest and also remembered the ex shiavjian Mr. Samarath, Capt. Prakash Pethe, and Pradeep Apte who are no more. and in memory one minute silence was observed and Secretary of Shiavjians Mr. Palekar said that they are proud to be the Shivajians. Shri Capt. Shivaji Mahadkar briefed the history of the school and its progress.
The chief guest Raja Karan recalled his school days and regaled the students about the student days. He said "whatever field you choose you should do well" This will bring the school in the world map. The programme concluded with sumptuous lunch in the school mess.
